Deloitte is working with Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) to establish and incrementally rollout a digital assistant personalized to anticipate consumer needs and facilitate a secure, convenient, and efficient customer experience. This digital assistant provides Texans the capability to securely engage with the agencies in the cyber space and reduces the need to traverse across multiple agencies, applications, forms, and passwords to do business with the state.
