Vinay is a Director in Coalfire’s Cyber Risk Advisory practice. Vinay is a highly accomplished Cyber Security, Risk, and Compliance Leader with nearly two decades of extensive experience in IT/Cyber risk, information security, compliance and governance, internal controls, IT audits, data privacy, project management, and IT process improvements. He is an expert and have demonstrated experience in leading and building security, risk, and regulatory compliance programs.

As a Director in CRA practice, Vinay is responsible for managing and driving project delivery, leading teams/projects, managing client satisfaction and client relationship, employee recruitment, coaching, mentoring and retention activities within the practice.

Prior to Coalfire, Vinay was leading Cyber Risk & Compliance team for one of the largest integrated power company in US located in Texas. Vinay held different management positions to help deployment of Cyber Security & Risk strategies including information security policies, standards and control frameworks for Financial and Bio-Tech companies. Prior to working with these industries, Vinay worked for 10+ years in different consulting firms including couple of big 4s, managing IT Risk and Compliance projects for clients in utility, technology, hospitality, travel, manufacturing and financial industries.
