Chris has been a member of the Data Management Division at Texas Tech University since April of 2023, where he serves as the Data Governance Project Director. Chris spent the previous 19 years working with a federally funded college preparatory program at South Plains College (SPC), Upward Bound. As the Data Governance Project Manager, Chris will implement data management training and data literacy programs. In addition to data literacy, Mr. Riley provides support for the Data Stewardship Council/Data Governance Board Meetings and Project Teams and the execution of Data Quality Assessment projects. Chris also communicates and coordinates with the campus data stewards and owners, about Data Governance activities, projects, and operating policy requirements.
