Rheda Moseley brings a dynamic blend of legislative insight, industry advocacy, and executive IT leadership to public service. Her career spans roles as a legislative aide in the Texas Senate, a lobbyist in the bond law industry, and a technology leader at the Texas General Land Office. As CIO for the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, she led the technology arm of a major agency-wide transformation. Today, she serves as Director of Digital Transformation in the Chief Technology Office at the Department of Information Resources, where she helps drive innovation across the state’s digital government landscape.
