Dr. Evan Turner is the Team Lead for Scientific Data within the Surface Water Division at the Texas Water Development Board. He oversees the coordination, storage, and dissemination of scientific program data and serves as a subject matter expert for the Water Data for Texas platform. Dr. Turner holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a Ph.D. in Coastal and Marine System Science from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
