Aquiles Mata is a technology leader with 30+ years of experience delivering data-driven and AI-enhanced solutions for financial markets. He has held senior engineering and quant roles at Deutsche Bank, Millennium Partners, SAC Capital, and ECCS, building real-time trading systems, simulation engines, and algorithmic execution frameworks. At Millennium, he was a Quantitative Portfolio Manager leading the development of proprietary trading infrastructure. Aquiles also holds a patent in applying machine learning to healthcare. He earned a BS in Computer Engineering and an MS in Applied Mathematics.
