With almost five decades of experience in both the private and public sectors, Rick Santerre has performed in a variety of roles associated with the design, development, implementation, and support of numerous standalone and enterprise business solutions. Such solutions include energy demand forecasting and transaction management, accounting, financial management, customer relationship management, as well as operational and management reporting. As the TABC’s Data Management Officer (DMO) and manager of the Data Services development team, he is heavily involved in the transition of over two dozen legacy systems into fully integrated business and enterprise data solutions on separate cloud platforms.
