Charlotte Lannon is the Lead Program Specialist for the Texas Regulatory Efficiency Office (TREO), the newly established division of the Texas Executive branch charged with optimizing the Texas Administrative Code (TAC). In her role, she facilitates TREO's agency evaluation process, which includes utilizing Vulcan Technologies to scan through the 44,000 regulations of TAC, to accelerate the identification of opportunities for improvement. Additionally, she works with Vulcan on TREO's public facing website, Efficiency.Texas.Gov, to ensure that Texans can more effectively navigate existing rules, regulations and career information of each state agency.
