Vinky Mehta is a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Deloitte’s State of Texas account. With more than 30 years of software industry experience, he architects and delivers large-scale custom enterprise systems for Texas state government agencies across a range of digital platforms. In his current role supporting the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR), Vinky is responsible for delivering TSS services as part of the Shared Technology Services program. His team most recently delivered the Search Engine for Multi-Agency Reportable Conduct (SEMARC) – a platform mandated by Senate Bill 1849 that enables unified misconduct searches across multiple state registries.
