Tiffany Jacob is the Deputy Chief Procurement Officer of Operations and Governance at the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). She works in DIR's Chief Procurement Office, where she oversees processes across enterprise and cooperative level procurement and contract management programs, allowing state agencies, local governments, higher education institutions, and K-12 school district access to IT products and services. Tiffany's work helps those entities buy technology more efficiently and with confidence.

In addition to her experience at DIR, Tiffany has nearly 17 years of procurement and contract management experience, serving both public and private sectors and has been a longstanding member of the United States Coast Guard.
