He specializes in enabling clients to achieve impactful, measurable business goals through the development of training and training support materials. Dr. Gumienny is a Department of Homeland Security certified Section 508 Trusted Tester, ensuring that training and other material meet state and federal requirements so that content is available to all learners, including those with disabilities. He focuses on skill development and behavioral change, using research-based methods, adult learning principles, change theory, accessibility strategies, and established evaluation models to ensure that training results in improved performance.
