Bryan leads the Customer Experience and Digital Transformation Strategy team, bringing a strong commitment to collaborating with clients to address complex challenges and deliver value. He has extensive expertise in accessibility, customer journeys and experience strategy, voice of the customer programs and platforms, strategic planning and execution, market evaluations both quantitative and qualitative, project management, as well as enterprise-wide risk assessments and compliance initiatives. With over 30 years of experience as an analytical and results-oriented senior executive in global digital, customer experience, and operations strategy and execution, Bryan joined Protiviti in 2016. He has managed projects across various industries and has substantial experience implementing compliance with evolving regulations. Earlier in his career, he held progressively senior roles in Strategy and Product at Prudential Financial for more than 15 years, and previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
