Juliana Vargas is a Digital Accessibility Program Specialist in the Chief Experience Office at the Texas Department of Information Resources. Passionate about supporting public-sector organizations around the state, including agencies, higher education institutions, cities, and other local governments, she helps advance the Statewide Digital Accessibility Program’s initiatives and outreach. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a concentration in UX/UI design, she works on projects that strengthen accessibility and make digital experiences easier for Texans to navigate.
