Implementing generative AI solutions into call center and policy search spaces can greatly improve efficiency and reliability. In this session, we’ll hear about engagement use cases with generative AI. Specifically, we’ll explore how generative AI can be used to provide easy access and summary information on public-facing policy and process documentation, making sure to discuss the steps to success for this type of use case. Additionally, we’ll go over Call Analytics-as-a-Service and review some of the benefits and use cases for call center’s use of AI.
