Capgemini is the Multi-sourcing Services Integrator (MSI) for DIR’s Shared Technology Services (STS). Eligible Customers include state agencies, public institutions of higher learning, local governments, and public school districts. The MSI role provides governance and oversight of STS Service Component Providers (SCPs) via four Programs: Data Center Services (DCS), Texas.gov, Managed Security Services (MSS), and the Texas Open Data Portal.
