Lin Clark is a cybersecurity leader with 30 years of hands-on experience securing federal, state, and local governments, allied nations, Fortune 500s, fintech, NGOs, and critical infrastructure. He is the Director of Cybersecurity for a primary government contractor and has served as an SME for blue-chip firms, NGOs, the UN, and NATO. His PhD research centered around behavioral cybersecurity and the criminal use of technology, specifically for developing Unified Multimodal Cross-Platform Frameworks that integrate LLMs, GANs, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning to counter AI-driven social engineering and other cyber attacks. Lin has led cybersecurity initiatives across five continents, building models and defense strategies to combat real-world threats. This is his third ISF appearance.
