We will discuss utilizing the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program to enhance our leadership’s understanding of our cybersecurity program, identify gaps, and develop mitigation strategies. With SLCGP resources, we have empowered our IT team to understand and communicate our cybersecurity posture more effectively, and we uncovered gaps that were overlooked. Utilizing analytic software, we produce reports and graphics illustrating our cybersecurity posture. These visual aids assist our leadership, as they provide a clear and concise current overview, where our highest risks are, and how our posture will improve with the implementation of mitigation strategies.
