Jennifer Kinney is a Program Manager with the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR). With a strong background in project management and identity and access management (IAM), she has played a key role in the growth and optimization of DIR’s Texas Digital Identity Solution (TDIS). Jennifer now leads several key cybersecurity initiatives, including the multi-agency rollout of YubiKeys to enhance security and streamline authentication. Known for keeping teams aligned and projects on track, Jennifer is committed to delivering secure, scalable solutions that meet both regulatory standards and the evolving needs of government operations.
