At Weaver, Shelby focuses on managing a mixture of consulting, auditing and hands-on security testing engagements where she communicates tailored recommendations to audiences of varying technical backgrounds.

Key services that she leads include cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk assessments and penetration testing. Additionally, Shelby is responsible for assisting organizations with enhancing security-related capabilities, including incident response, security monitoring and logging, vulnerability management and security awareness training. Shelby has experience with multiple industry guidance and frameworks including the NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CIS CSC and MITRE ATT&CK.
