With a background in engineering and a passion for solving problems at the intersection of law and technology, Betty brings a unique perspective to the fast-evolving field of legal tech. She is known for her conversational and engaging presentation style, especially when walking stakeholders through Relativity’s capabilities in automated PII detection, built-in analytics, and generative AI capabilities. Her contributions help drive adoption of legal innovation and strengthen relationships with Fortune 500 customers, government entities, and law firms.

Outside of her professional life in tech, Betty is a nationally recognized figure in women’s rugby, currently serving as Head Coach of the Loyola University Chicago Women’s Rugby Team and formerly leading the University of Chicago to a national title in 2022. She also contributes to regional and collegiate rugby development through leadership roles with the Chicago Area Rugby Football Union (CARFU). In addition to coaching, she remains an elite-level player, having competed in the inaugural season of the US based women's professional rugby league, Women's Elite Rugby, and at multiple USA Rugby national championships.
