Tony Sauerhoff is a deputy chief information security officer for the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) and the State Cybersecurity Coordinator. Tony has over 29 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity and served in leadership positions with the federal judiciary and the U.S. Department of Defense. He began his career as a communications specialist in the U.S. Air Force. Tony has a BS in Cybersecurity from Champlain College and holds CISSP and GSLC cybersecurity certifications.
