Infosys partnered with BECU, Boeing Employees' Credit Union, to bolster its cybersecurity posture by fostering a “security first” culture, strengthening identity and access management (IAM), and driving digital trust. Together, we established a shared responsibility mindset and automated IAM processes, enhancing speed and accuracy. Notably, automation and peer review workflows reduced manual JML (joiner mover leaver) tasks by 25%, eliminated escalations, and streamlined user access. As a result, BECU achieved greater operational efficiency, elevated member trust via secure digital experiences, and solidified a resilient security framework backed by proactive collaboration.
