Victoriano Casas III, a 6th generation Texan, is an Executive Strategist at CrowdStrike. He holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi and an MPA from Texas State University, where he authored "An Information Security Risk Assessment Model for Public and University Administrators."

His diverse career spans public and private sectors. Victoriano served as CISO for several Texas state agencies, including the Departments of Licensing and Regulation, Aging and Disabilities Services, and the Employees Retirement System. In the private sector, he was a cybersecurity specialist master at Deloitte and Touche and global cybersecurity operations manager for SunPower, Inc.

As TAMUCC's student body president, Victoriano served on the Texas A&M System chancellor's student advisory board. He later founded the Texas Government CISO Roundtables and became a sought-after speaker at cybersecurity conferences nationwide.

Victoriano's blend of academic research, public service, and industry experience has established him as a respected cybersecurity leader.
