Jon Ford is a 30-year veteran in cybersecurity, crisis response, and intelligence-led cyber operations across both government and commercial sectors. Currently serving as Google's Head of Cyber & Digital Trust, he leads Google Public Sector's AI-Driven Cyber Defense & Risk Management and major event initiatives. Mr. Ford is also a member of the Geneva Dialogue on Responsible Behaviour in Cyberspace and the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise.

Prior to joining Google and Mandiant, Mr. Ford held executive leadership roles at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He served as the responsible official to the U.S. Cryptologic Centers, providing strategic and tactical oversight for global cyber operations and key asset protection. His work in developing the U.S. government's framework for managing cyber threat risks received recognition from the White House National Security Council and the United States Congress.

An expert in enterprise risk management, Mr. Ford frequently coaches boards and executives and is a regular speaker at major industry conferences. He is the founder of Mandiant's Elevate program, dedicated to advancing women in IT security into senior leadership and board positions. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct professor teaching advanced curricula on cybersecurity and risk.

Mr. Ford is a graduate of the Harvard John F. Kennedy School (Cybersecurity Policy) and the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Business (Strategic Change Leadership). He also holds certifications including PMP, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, and LPEC. He has been honored with the Director of National Intelligence Certificate of Distinction and a Meritorious Unit Citation.
