Prior to Darwin AI, Dustin served as President of e.Republic, the nation’s leading state and local government media and research company, and previously as Chief Information Officer and Assistant City Manager for the City of Manor, Texas. He has advised hundreds of government organizations on technology strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.
