Chad Macy brings 30 years of experience advising executives and facilitating strategic transformation across organizations of all sizes. He has delivered leadership and consulting engagements to more than 200 organizations — including the NFL, Dell, USAA, City of Austin, UTSA, TASB, TMPA, and Tokyo Electron — helping executive, IT, and security teams work through critical decisions around structure, strategy, and change.

Deeply embedded in the Austin executive ecosystem, Chad serves on the MIS Advisory and Steering Committees at UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business, chairs the Advisory Board for InnoTech Austin and the SIM IT Executive of the Year Awards, is on the Advisory board for CFOLC, and leads several executive and AI-focused series for Austin-area leaders.
