AIRPORTS

The closest airport is Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) located just 12 miles north.

You can also fly into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) which is 42 miles south, or Miami International Airport (MIA) which is located about 63 miles south.

FLIGHT RESERVATIONS

Once you complete the registration form, we will provide your information to our travel agency, Colwick Travel, who will prepare a recommended flight itinerary for you and your guest. Colwick Travel will communicate that suggested itinerary to you via email for your final review and approval before we book the air ticket(s). Flights will be booked to arrive into Palm Beach Airport as much as possible, unless better flight itineraries are available for Fort Lauderdale or Miami Airports, which are located further away.

All guests will arrive on Thursday, April 28, 2022 throughout the day, so you may arrive at the hotel in plenty of time for evening reception.  Departure flights will be booked for Sunday, May 1, 2022.

Flight Booking Rules

Air tickets will be booked in main economy. Requests for upgrades must be approved by your manager and the cost difference will be charged to the branch/call center.

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

We will provide more information about ground transportation for your arrival in Florida as the event gets closer.

For Florida residents who elect to drive instead of flying to Palm Beach, parking will be provided.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is located on the east coast of Florida at the south end of Palm Beach island in Manalapan.

From the south:
  • Take I-95 north to exit 60 for Hypoluxo Road.
  • Follow Hypoluxo Road east to Dixie Hwy (alternate names for this road may be N. Federal Hwy or US Hwy 1).
  • Turn North (Left) on Dixie Hwy and follow to Ocean Ave.
  • Turn East (Right) on Ocean Ave and continue over the bridge to Ocean Boulevard (Route A1A).
  • Turn south (right) on Ocean Boulevard and Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa will be on the beach to your immediate left.
From the north:
  • Take I-95 south to exit 61 for Lantana Road.
  • Turn east (left) on Lantana Road and follow to Dixie Hwy (alternate names for this road may be N. Federal Hwy or US Hwy 1).
  • Turn south (right) on Dixie Hwy and follow to Ocean Ave.
  • Turn east (left) onto Ocean Avenue and continue across the bridge to Ocean Boulevard (Route A1A).
  • Turn south (right) on Ocean Boulevard and Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa will be on the beach to your immediate left.
