DIR contracted vendors may secure a booth at the Expo by submitting an online registration application. Interested exhibitors may choose from one of the following exhibitor packages available. Space is limited and available on a first paid basis.

To confirm your booth registration, please complete the registration form on this website. If you do not know the names of your company representatives at this time, you may return to your registration at a later date to update those names. The individual identified in the registration as the CONTACT for the booth is the person to whom all correspondence regarding the event will be distributed, however this person is not considered an attendee unless you also list them as one of the booth representatives working in the booth. You may switch out booth staff during the day if one person turns in their badge to the registration desk and another badge can be printed.

Your booth will be PENDING until your DIR Contracted Vendor status is verified.

Terms & Conditions

The DIR Connect 2020 Exhibitor Terms and Conditions are posted HERE for your review. All exhibitors must agree to these terms on your registration form in order to participate in DIR Connect. These terms and conditions may not be edited nor changed.

10' x 20' Exhibit Booth

  • 10x20' Booth - 8' high Back drape, 3' high side rails, (2) 6' draped & skirted tables, (4) chairs
  • (1) 7"x44" ID sign displaying company name and booth number
  • Admission for four (4) company representatives to the conference
  • Breakfast & lunch for each company representative
  • Company listing in printed materials
  • List of attendees post conference
  • Exhibitors may purchase up to two (2) additional company representative attendance passes for an additional $75 per person. The maximum number of company representatives per 10'x20' Exhibit booth is six (6).

COST:  $2,075  EARLY BIRD PRICE AVAILABLE THROUGH OCTOBER 5!

(Registrations received after October 5, 2020 price increases to $2575)

Additional Staff

Exhibitors may purchase additional staff registrations for an exhibit booth for a charge of $75 per person.

A maximum of 1 additional staff per 10x10' booth or maximum of 2 additional staff per 10x20' booth may attend in addition to what is included with each booth package. You MUST submit names for both your included complimentary exhibit staff as well as any additional paid staff in advance. The individual identified in the registration as the CONTACT for the booth is the person to whom all correspondence regarding the event will be distributed, however this person is not considered an attendee unless you also list them as one of the booth representatives working in the booth. You may switch out booth staff during the day if one person turns in their badge to registration desk and another badge can be printed.
