Throughout the conference, you will collect a lot of materials — paperwork, brochures, etc. — from the presentations. Remember, while packing for travel to Orlando, please be sure to leave plenty of space in your luggage for any additional materials for your travel after the conference.

 

Please remember there is a 50 Lb weight restriction on all luggage at US Airports, before additional fees are charged.
