Scrum methodologies to support an enterprise scale, federal software modernization. GSA’s Fleet Modernization project includes cross functional teams of over a hundred members working in a Scaled Agile Framework to design, build, test and deliver a modernized, cloud-based system. We are creating a system that is usable, accessible, adoptable, and designed to meet the needs of the diverse base of its users.

This presentation will touch on discovery methods, collaboration and remote facilitation tools and techniques and the importance of frequent feedback collection from stakeholders and users to drive iteration.
