Melissa is a managing consultant within the Digital and Emerging Technology practice at Guidehouse. She has served as the Product Lead and Product Designer for the Catalog product for GSA’s Advanced Fleet Software Modernization project. She works closely with GSA product, leadership and IT teams to assure user and business stakeholder needs are met through the delivery of innovative design solutions.
Prior to Guidehouse, Melissa has held design and leadership roles for private industry and non-profit sector organizations. She uses human-centered design practices such as stakeholder collaboration, research and measurement to lead teams that iterate, test and deliver user-driven solutions.
