Gita Lal is the CEO of Daman Consulting, a leading provider of enterprise business intelligence and data management solutions. She co-founded Daman in 1995 with a mission to help companies maximize the value of their data in driving revenue and innovation. Well ahead of its time, Daman has since become a strategic partner for major U.S. corporations such as USAA, Southwest Airlines, General Mills, Boeing, and major public sector institutions such as the US Treasury and large State of Texas agencies, including the Department of Transportation, Texas Education Agency and the Comptroller’s office.
In her capacity as CEO, Gita is responsible for Daman’s strategic direction and organizational capabilities. As a result, Gita has a fine pulse on market trends in data and digital modernization while also understanding client investment priorities and challenges. This has allowed her to work with over 100+ Fortune 1000 companies over the past 2 decades defining data programs that deliver business value.
