John Martellotto received an undergraduate degree from Utica College in upstate New York. He then obtained advanced degree in Construction Management from Texas A & M University, and later an MBA from St. Edwards in Austin. Prior to starting at DIR John worked in Aerospace, Construction, and Telecommunications industries. He worked on projects that included new construction of a hi-tech facility, installation of a new fiber route along the East coast, Wi-Fi equipment deployments to Stadiums, Universities, & Parks. At the State John managed the 2021 TEX-AN Implementation project as well as the Hybrid Cloud Connectivity (HCC) project.
