Vendors with current DIR contracts for services and products related to data and emerging technology are invited to exhibit or sponsor, and promote those offerings.
New location & new expo set up this year! The exhibit area features 10x10' Exhibit Tradeshow Booths for all exhibitors. Sponsorships are new opportunities this year. Contributors may have an exhibit, or sponsorship or both!
Don't miss this unique opportunity to meet public sector decision-makers and showcase your DIR contracts. Please keep in mind that exhibit spaces sold out well in advance of last year's event.

Who can exhibit or sponsor?
Only vendors who hold a DIR contract for services and products related to data and emerging technology may have an exhibit booth and/or sponsorship at DIR Discover.

Attendee List
An electronic copy of the final attendee roster will be e-mailed to your designated contact person as soon as possible after the event - typically the day after the conference.
Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
Exhibitors and Sponsors must agree to the Terms & Conditions as part of the online registration process in order to participate. Please review the Terms & Conditions.
Exhibit Schedule
The exhibit area will be open Tuesday morning 7:45 am until 2:00 pm Tuesday afternoon. Key times for interactions include during breakfast/registration check-in, mid-morning break, lunch, and the mid-afternoon break. Consult the agenda for exact schedule.

Payments
Exhibitors and Sponsors must be verified DIR contract holders prior to payment. Register online to secure your spot while eligibility is being verified by DIR.
Upon contract verification, all fees must be paid in advance. A link to pay online will be provided upon verification. After registering, an invoice for the exhibit or sponsorship fee will be available to print/download.
Please wait until we notify you of contract verification before processing payment. Invoice must be paid by due date on the invoice or the exhibit space or sponsorship package could be forfeited. Billing contact is jimi@xcelevents.us.
All payments must be submitted to XcelEvents (not DIR). Do not send any funds directly to DIR.

Exhibit Inclusions
- (1) 10x10' draped exhibit space with 8' back drape & 3' side rails
- (1) 6' x30" table, (2) chairs
- Admission for two (2) company representatives

- Exhibitors may purchase up to one (1) additional company representative attendance pass for an additional $125 per person. The maximum number of company representatives per exhibit is three (3), unless the company also purchases a sponsorship.

Sponsors are not required to also have an exhibit booth. If you purchase a sponsorship AND exhibit booth, your one (1) or two (2) company representatives for sponsorships are in addition to your two (2) company representatives for an exhibit booth.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by an exhibitor or sponsor, DIR shall determine an assessment against the terminating exhibitor or sponsor to cover the costs of reassignment of space or sponsor package, prior services performed, and other costs related to cancellation, according to the following schedule:
- Exhibitors or Sponsors canceling on or before August 15, 2024 will be responsible for 50% of the total exhibitor or sponsor fee.
- Exhibitors or Sponsors canceling after August 15, 2024 will be responsible for 100% of the total exhibitor or sponsor fee.
DIR must receive written notification of the cancellation in writing. The date the cancellation notice is received by DIR will determine above assessment charges. In the event of either a full or partial cancellation of space by an exhibitor or sponsor, DIR reserves the right to reassign canceled booth space or sponsorship package, regardless of the cancellation assessment. Subsequent reassignment of canceled space or package does not relieve the canceling exhibitor or sponsor of the obligation to pay the cancellation assessment.
