Oscar Medina has spent over 20 years of his career in talent management solution leadership. Much of that experience has been focused on helping customers find value in their software by leading teams to deliver consulting and value-added services. With experiences at several well-known talent management organizations, Oscar led teams to ensure hundreds of successful implementations and technical projects. He is a veteran of Cornerstone, having had a previous seven-year stint as a Solution Architect. Oscar also serves on a number of non-profit boards.
