Lulu has more than seven years of public accounting experience with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance projects. She has experience in leading and executing IT audits, Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC for Service Organization examinations, EI3PA assessments, FFIEC, FDICIA, and other technology consulting. Her current focus is on the execution and reporting of SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements, leading small and large teams in testing the design of controls and operating effectiveness, and report writing. Lulu is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) as well as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Texas Women’s University.
