The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO), is excited to announce the 26th annual Information Security Forum (ISF) will be held on May 28-29, 2025 (Wednesday - Thursday) at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, Texas.


​ISF is two-day event and will feature various educational tracks and breakout sessions. The conference is open to IT and security professionals from all areas of Texas government and public institutions of higher learning.

This premier conference focuses on security trends and upcoming technologies. Don't miss this great opportunity to network and promote your products and services to security leaders and IT personnel. We estimate an attendance of approximately 700 people including up to 500 security and IT professionals.

ADDITIONAL STAFF

Exhibitors may purchase additional staff registrations for an exhibit booth for a charge of $150 per person. A maximum of 2 additional staff per Platinum or Gold exhibit booth (maximum of 1 per Silver booth) may attend in addition to what is included with each booth package.
 
Lunch, Breakfast & Break Sponsors may purchase a maximum of  (1) one additional staff registration at $150 per person in addition to the sponsorship package.
 
If a company buys an exhibit (Platinum, Gold or Silver) and a sponsor (Lunch, Break or Breakfast) package, the combined maximum additional staff registration for each package type applies. (Ex. a Gold plus a Break combined, allows the company to purchase up to 3 additional staff registrations at $150 per person.

The ISF Forum 2025 Exhibitor Terms and Conditions will be posted soon for your review. All exhibitors will have to review these terms and agree to the terms in order to participate in the ISF Forum.  We are not able to amend nor change these terms. While you are completing the registration process, you will be prompted to agree to the Terms & Conditions in order to finalize your registration.

OPTIONAL PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS

Registration for product demonstrations will open in mid/late April 2025 to all registered exhibitors. 

ISF is offering to confirmed Exhibitors & Sponsors only, the opportunity to do a 20 minute product/service demonstration in a small stage area during the ISF Forum.  Demos will be 20 minutes and include seating area for attendees and a TV monitor and microphone for vendor use to conduct a presentation. 

There is a $175 fee to cover the cost of audiovisual equipment.  

Demos are confirmed on a first registered, first confirmed basis.

SPACE IS LIMITED TO ONLY 13 VENDORS

COST: $175   per Product Demonstration. Vendors may sign up for only 1 Product Demonstration.
