Designated exhibit hall time will be scheduled throughout each day including mornings before general session, mid-morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch times when attendees are invited to visit the exhibitors.
A detailed agenda with educational programming will be provided at a later date once finalized.

MEALS
Lunch will be provided both Wednesday and Thursday. We have selected two Food Trucks to cater the food including vegetarian and gluten free options.
PARKING
Parking is NOT included for exhibitors. Free parking on set up day in the service lot is allowed. But on the Show days May 20 & 21, exhibitors must park in the garage. Cost is $10 per vehicle.

LEAD SCANNING
Exhibitors will be given an Opt-in list of all attendees post conference. However exhibitors will also have the option to purchase lead scanning mobile app access if they wish.

EXHIBIT BOOTH INSTRUCTIONS
Include instructions for how to build your exhibit booth
- Platinum booths include 8' back drape & 3' side drape for a 10x20' space. (2) 6'x30 tables and 4 chairs.
- Gold booths include 8' back drape & 3' side drape for a 10x10' space. (1) 6'x30 table and 2 chairs.
- Silver booths include 8' back drape (NO side drape) for a 10x5' space. (1) 6'x30 table and 1 chair.
EXHIBITOR LOGISTICS
Exhibitors MUST set up their booth by no later than 6:00 PM, Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
Exhibitors are invited to attend the entire conference (including general sessions and breakouts). Attendees have admission priority for all sessions.
Exhibitor Booth Instruction kits will be emailed to all confirmed exhibitors by early January.
