Designated exhibit hall time will be scheduled throughout each day including mornings before general session, mid-morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch times when attendees are invited to visit the exhibitors.

A detailed agenda with educational programming will be provided at a later date once finalized.

audiovisual, electrical, internet

Exhibit booths do not include audiovisual equipment nor electrical connections. Complimentary shared wifi internet is available throughout the Palmer Events Center. Dedicated higher bandwidth internet connections are available for additional charge. Exhibitors may rent AV equipment, electrical or dedicated internet connections in advance through the exhibitor services company for an additional cost. Order forms and exhibit services kits will be sent via email to all confirmed exhibitors in advance of the conference.

Exhibitors MUST check in to pick up badges and set up booth displays on Monday, March 9, 2020.
Exhibitors are invited to attend the breakfast, lunch and general sessions. Breakout sessions are open as long as there is space available -- attendees have seating priority.

  • Platinum exhibit booths include the pipe and draped space, (2) 6' draped and skirted tables, (4) folding chairs & wastebasket per 10x20' space.
  • Gold exhibit booths include the pipe and draped space, (1) 6' draped & skirted table, 2 folding chairs, & wastebasket per 10x10' space. 
  • Silver exhibit tables include the pipe and draped space, (1) 6' draped and skirted table per conversation area.

The exhibit hall is not carpeted. Exhibitors may order carpeting for their booth at additional charge through the exhibitor services kit.  Booth carpeting is not required.

Exhibitor Services kits will be emailed to all confirmed exhibitors by early January.  VIEW THE EXHIBITOR KIT & the UTILITY ORDER FORM.
Exhibitors are permitted to showcase new products or services.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own parking charges ($8/day). On Monday, March 9, free parking is available for set up & unloading only in the surface lot.
