COST
The event is free and open to state and local government employees and employees of K-12 & higher education institutions.
Pre-registration is required.
Depending on the number of registrations received and since space is limited, it may be necessary to limit the number of attendees from a specific organization so that the maximum number of organizations can participate.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your registration, please email registration@xcelevents.us.
We anticipate maximum attendance resulting in a sold out event. Early cancellations will allow us to make space available to additional attendees.
Cancellations without substitution received AFTER Wednesday, March 4 will result in a $25 cancellation fee billed to the attendee's organization.
SUBSTITUTIONS
If you are not able to attend, you may substitute another person to attend in your place.
Name badges will be pre-printed in advance, so please email registration@xcelevents.us by May 11, 2022.
