Rob Mikell is Vice President of Public Sector for Incode Technologies, Inc., expanding Incode’s prominence in commercial partnerships to federal and state government. Rob brings 19 years of experience with state and local government, and 16 years of experience in the identity space. He previously oversaw the management of large-scale government programs while serving as the Deputy Commissioner and then Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS). As Commissioner, he was elected to AAMVA’s International Board of Directors as President of AAMVA Region II. Rob has also been a prosecutor and attorney in private practice. Rob earned his B.A. from The Citadel, his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law, and his M.P.A. from Columbus State University.
