Richard Anselme, CISSP is an accomplished information security professional with an over 25-year career spanning IT operations, strategy, finance and leadership. Serving as Deputy CISO at UTHealth Houston, in addition to managing the CISO Mary on a regular basis, he is also responsible for leading teams successful in delivering solutions that improve efficiencies and institutional outcomes.

Accomplished IT superhero by day and star soccer coach by night, Richard is a legend (in his own mind). With his constant focus towards achieving excellence and motivating others to do the same, Richard’s colleagues at UTHealth Houston are usually struck speechless by his awesomeness.
