As Large Language Models (LLMs) transition from simple "prompt-and-response" interfaces to autonomous agentic systems, the challenge of maintaining system reliability has shifted from monitoring uptime to auditing reasoning. When an agent can autonomously call tools, access proprietary data, and execute multi-step workflows, traditional "red-light/green-light" monitoring is no longer sufficient.
