Jorge Conde-Berrocal founded V3 Cybersecurity after more than two decades working in high-accountability cybersecurity roles, including leadership positions within global security service providers such as IBM.

With an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and CISSP certification, Jorge’s background bridges business leadership and technical security. He has served as a contracted Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), overseeing cybersecurity strategy for regulated organizations where decisions required clear justification to executives, boards, and external stakeholders.

It was this hands-on experience—working directly with leaders to translate cyber risk into defensible, business-ready decisions—that led to the creation of V3 Cybersecurity.
