The University of Houston System is composed of 4 universities and approximately 80,000 users.  In 2018, the UHS Board of Regents and Chancellor supported an external audit recommendation consolidating the entire Information Security Program including financial resources and staffing, at a System level.  The UHS Information Security team accomplished this within one calendar year, along with several related audit findings!  Come hear from the ISOs that made these miracles happen (and survived to share the adventure stories).
