We cordially invite you to apply for participation in the Vendor portion of the Exchange Retail/Food/Services Managers Conference to be held 25-28 March 2024 at the Drury Inn & Suites & Embassy Suites Dallas hotels in Frisco, Texas. The vendor participation portion of the conference will be in a classroom setting on Tuesday, 26 March. You have been invited to apply for a classroom training presentation.
This conference will focus on the Exchange’s corporate strategies for 2024. We invite our services and food vendors to present brand strategies, operational updates, innovative concepts, and corporate initiatives relevant to our business model. The conference will be attended by select Exchange Food Managers and Service Business Managers from throughout the United States, Europe, and the Pacific, as well as corporate executives and region support teams.

Please review the VENDOR REGISTRATION information below and a click the button link to register above. Early registrations are encouraged, as room presenter time slot placements will be based on first come, first assigned. Deadline for registrations: 15 February 2024, however space may sell out before this date.
Your agreement to participate in this event allows you to demonstrate your products and provide training to applicable Exchange managers. In return, the Exchange will provide the logistical support outlined in this letter. Your payment will be used by the Exchange to provide that support, as well as help the Exchange offset the cost of this event. Your participation is strictly voluntary and will not impact current or future business opportunities with the Exchange.

This is an opportunity to conduct a 45 minute presentation or training session on your products or services currently in the Exchange portfolio on Tuesday, 26 March.
Selected Exchange Service Business Managers and Food Managers will attend the appropriate vendor presentation for their job category.

- Tuesday, 26 March 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
All companies participating as vendors, must be invited & pre-approved for participation by the assigned Exchange Buyer. See the Vendor Invitation List for pre-approval.
Training Packages include:
- A dedicated presentation time during the day in which vendors may do a presentation to the Service Business or Food Managers.
- A screen & LCD projector will be provided through which vendors may connect their own laptop for a presentation. Small space will be available for banners or informational material to be displayed.
- Vendors will have 5-10 min prior to the session to set up but banners, etc may be assembled in the hallway to bring in as needed. A 6' table will be provided at the front of the room for materials.
- Registration and lunch for up to two (2) individuals on Tuesday.
