Vendor partners MAY NOT HAND OUT ANY gifts, door prizes, gratuities OF ANY KIND. This INCLUDES any and all small promotional/nominal value items such as key chains, hats, t-shirts, pens, bags, mouse pads, etc. Please do not ship or bring these items to the Conference as the Exchange has specifically requested that such items not be distributed to their associates and managers. EXCEPTION: Flash drives or other electronic peripheral devices, or paper handouts with information material about the vendors' products may be distributed.
Vendors who do bring giveaway items will not be allowed to distribute them - it will be a waste of vendors' money to ship these materials plus vendors will still be responsible for the handling fees from the exhibitor services company for handling the shipments into the show.
Vendor partners must also not pay for ANY extracurricular activities for Exchange Associates/Managers inside/outside the seminar (i.e. no buying drinks for Exchange employees or taking them out for dinner, etc.).
We highly encourage vendors to ship in only samples necessary for their presentations in the presenter room.
