Welcome Exchange Vendors
This conference will focus on the Exchange’s corporate strategies for 2025 and promote knowledge of our vendor partners’ product assortments. The conference will be attended by Exchange General Managers, Main Store Managers, Food Managers, and Service Business Managers from throughout the United States, Europe and Pacific, as well as corporate executives and senior buyers.

RETAIL PRESENTATION TRAINING SESSION PACKAGE
This is an opportunity to conduct 30 minute training classes on your products that are currently in the Exchange stock assortment on Tuesday, 29 April and the morning of Wednesday, 30 April.
All 300+ Exchange Main Store Managers, General Managers, Food and Services Managers will attend each presentation through rotation of small groups.

- Tuesday, 29 April 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday, 30 April 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Tear Down
- Wednesday, 30 April 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Training Packages include:
- A private meeting room for your exclusive presentation on your industry/merchandise category selling information and exhibition of your products to the Exchange managers.
- Registration and meals for up to four (4) individuals; including breakfast & lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Tables for presenter’s displays and tables/chairs for classroom seating.

PACKAGE includes:
- Size is 10’x20’ pipe & draped space (8’ high Back drape, 8’ high side rails)
- (8) plastic-contour chairs, (2) 6’ skirted tables, (1) wastebasket -- this is in order to provide seating for Exchange Teams to sit during presentations.
- A two-line sign showing Exhibitor’s company name and booth number
- Company name listed in the attendee materials
- Registration and meals for up to four (4) individuals. See the ‘Meals’ section for details regarding included meals.
- Exchange Managers will attend your booth for a 20 minute visit during the Expo booth rotations according to an assigned schedule.
COST: $11,000 for each 20 minute Expo Booth
