WELCOME EXCHANGE ASSOCIATES

Welcome to the GLAM Virtual Conference Registration website.  The Virtual Conference will be held October 4-8, 2021 online and will feature on demand training sessions and virtual exhibit booths, as well as some live presentations.

The GLAM Virtual Conference is designed to promote product knowledge and provide quality training to Exchange Associates. In lieu of an in-person conference for 2021, The Exchange throughout CONUS & OCONUS will participate in the virtual conference which they will view from their home Exchange on demand to suit their own schedule during the week, plus a few live presentations at scheduled times.
 
The conference is 100% vendor sponsored.
 
This Conference will focus on the product knowledge our associates need to assist customers with confidence.
 
Associates are asked to watch all presentations and visit all exhibit booths during the week.  A suggestion of the number of sessions to watch per day will be provided. Sessions can be watched a few at a time to allow for associates to come back later to complete during the week. Sessions can also be paused & replayed, or repeated as needed.
 
The virtual platform will track your attendance to validate each session you complete. It will be important that you always log into the system with the same email address with which you have registered. Your username will be your email address and you will be sent a password the week prior to the event to use for logging in. Each presentation will need to be completed in its entirety and a short question answered at the end of each video presentation.
 
All sessions are mandatory.
