As the drive to accept generative AI increases, the need to incorporate cybersecurity only becomes more important. In this session, we will talk about our agency’s experience and our comprehensive strategy as an agency who is aggressively adopting GenAI, but not recklessly, to ensure we leverage GenAI. We will be taking a look at what's needed from a leadership standpoint and the cybersecurity considerations needed to ensure agency preparedness is balanced with business operations.
